- Child ABELS and ABE refresher- An intensive 2 days course that covers ABELS, pre ABE/VRI planning and preparation, question formulation, break management. Includes a planning and preparation booklet and aide memoire developed to compliment the training.

Who can attend?
As ABELS is not a police specific screening tool. the training is suitable for any professional involved in safeguarding or investigations.
ABELS packs.
On completion of training every attendee receives an ABELS pack that is licenced to that individual.
How is the course taught?
ABELS training is delivered by a Registered intermediary and police officer with experience of forensic interviewing. The training consisted of a combination of practical activities and theory based teaching. Training includes interactive scenarios and video footage of real children and people with communication difficulties.
